Where are we located ...

 

The village of Thônes is located in the Aravis valley, in Haute Savoie. You are in the Northern Alps, 70 km(44 miles) from Geneva and 80 km (50 miles) from Chamonix.

In our valley you'll find mountains for walking, hiking, skying, flying... and also the famous reblochon cheese made here since the thirteenth century.

A few miles away from here, are located the stations of La Cluzaz, Le Grand-Bornand and Manigod - La Croix Fry, and also Annecy(Capital of Haute Savoie) and his wonderful lake.

If you are fan of history, the ''Plateau des Glières'' and the museum of resistance will help you to understand the secrets of our Resistants during World War II.
